Home Air Assurance Plan

Stop reacting to breakdowns. Start managing your home’s comfort and air health year‑round.

Most homes only get attention when something breaks. That is when you get surprise failures, unhealthy air, and big, unexpected HVAC bills.
The Home Air Assurance Plan exists so your heating and cooling systems are maintained, monitored, and managed all year long instead of only touched in an emergency.

Why the Home Air Assurance Plan Exists

Your HVAC equipment quietly runs thousands of hours a year. Small issues build up long before you notice a problem. By the time you feel it, you are often looking at a no‑heat / no‑cool emergency, unhealthy air, or a major repair.

The Home Air Assurance Plan is designed so your systems are:

  • Maintained: Professional preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
  • Monitored (with Premium): 24/7 tracking of runtimes, temperatures, and performance trends.
  • Managed: Priority response, no trip/service call fees, and clear recommendations before small issues become big ones.

What Is Included in Your Preventative Maintenance Visit

At your annual Preventative Maintenance visit, we:

  • Professionally inspect and tune your system(s)
  • Change the filter
  • Check key safety and performance metrics
  • Make sure your equipment is ready for the upcoming season

This helps:

  • Reduce breakdowns
  • Improve comfort
  • Often extend equipment life

No Trip or Service Call Fees

As a member, you pay $0 for us to come out and assess a problem with your system.
Instead of an $85 trip or service call fee, you only pay for approved repair work – and you still receive your 10% member discount on repairs and installs.

How the Membership Usually Pays for Itself

A typical non‑member repair visit might look like this:

  • $85 trip/service call fee
  • Around $300 for the actual repair
  • Total: about $385

As a member, the same visit would be:

  • $0 trip/service call fee
  • 10% off the repair (for example, $30 off a $300 repair)

You can often save over $100 on a single issue before even counting:

  • Your included Preventative Maintenance visit
  • Your included filter change
  • Any emergencies that were avoided by catching issues early

How Premium Monitoring Works

Premium members receive an Air Assurance Monitoring System that:

  • Tracks runtimes, temperature, and performance data 24/7
  • Sends data into a monthly System Health Report for monitored systems
  • Helps us spot drifts and trends early so we can often act before small issues become big problems

Important note: Monitoring dramatically improves early detection, but no system can catch every sudden failure.

Monitoring Multiple Systems
  • Your first monitored system is included in Premium.
  • Each additional monitored system is just $14 per month or $149 per year.
  • We help you decide which systems to monitor first based on age, usage, and risk.

How Mini‑Splits (Ductless Systems) Are Handled

  • Your membership benefits (no trip fees, discounts, priority scheduling, Comfort Shield loaner equipment, and referral rewards) apply to service work on mini‑splits.
  • Mini‑split systems are not included in the standard Preventative Maintenance portion of the Plan.
  • Annual mini‑split preventative maintenance is billed separately as an add‑on. Pricing is based on:
    • A rate for the first ductless unit
    • An additional charge for each extra head unit

We review how many units and heads you have and quote mini‑split Preventative Maintenance separately from your home membership.
Mini‑splits are not eligible for Air Assurance Monitoring under the Premium plan.
